Old mill backed by the Château de Courmenant (12th century), in the heart of a vast property (7000 m²) crossed by the river 'La Vègre' driving the mill wheel.
Ideal cottage for fishing enthusiasts. Classified in 2nd category where you can fish all year round for white fish: perch, roach, gudgeon.
As well as pike and pikeperch from the end of April until the end of January of the following year.
Enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 1000 m² with terrace and portico.
Wifi and heating included.
Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), bathroom. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 1 bed (140x190) 1 bed (90/190) 1 bed (120/180) and 1 baby bed, 2 bedrooms. (1: 140x190 bed). 3 bedrooms: 90x190 bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Equip.: Wifi access, flat screen, freezer, high chair and baby bed.

The cottage was as described. Rustic and in a rural area which was exactly what our group wanted.We were greeted on arrival by the host, who spoke only French which was not a problem. She was very helpful and explained everything to us.The Gite was clean, spacious and was everything we could wish for. After a long day at the Le Mans Classic event it was a pleasure to return to the Gite.
