About this villa rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent 125 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Entrecasteaux, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 47 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 5,045 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 47 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: bed 200×200, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: 200×200 bed
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom 4: a 160×200 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC
- 30m² terrace with furniture
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private (unheated) 8x4m swimming pool secured by an electric roller shutter. The pool is open from May to October (opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful 5,045 m² garden, not enclosed
- A 40m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 12m-long private pétanque court
The house is ideally located in Entrecasteaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Casa Hestia "Really lovely location with beautiful surroundings. Nice and peaceful and private.
Well equipped kitchen and lots of fridge space to keep beer and wine cool ??
Entering the property was confusing as email says message when you’re an hour away and web page says they’re expecting you at agreed time and that all is fine. Make sure that you message them or no one will be there to let you in.
Also, be sure to take beach/pool towels as these are not provided and only one towel per person is supplied.
Communication while we stayed was not very good and I did have to chase them up before a mediocre reply came back.
However, that aside we loved the house, the pool, the location and would definitely go again."

Casa Hestia Very enjoyable place to stay. The place had even more features that weren't even listed, such as having two extra fridges at the pool, a hammock, an electric grill for outside and more. All beds were comfortable and clean, as were the bathrooms. Kitchen was well-equipped and all rooms have air conditioning. We only ran into a single issue during our 8 night stay: the swimming pool started turning a bit green a frew days before we left, presumably because of a blockage somewhere in the filter system. Our contact person made sure someone came by to fix it the same day, which was nice. Though the issue wasn't fixed before we left the home again, it should be fixable in the future. Aside from that, we had a great time, great host and would recommend it to anyone else.
