About this apartment rental

Charming apartment located in the heart of the Malasaña neighborhood. In the Malasaña neighborhood, some of the most appealing open spaces in the capital can be found. They are usually very crowded and give the impression that both neighborhood and big city life pass through them at the same time. The rest of its streets are narrow and lively, some pedestrianized, perfect for wandering.
Plaza del Dos de Mayo is perhaps the nerve center of Malasaña. Here was the Monteleón Barracks, the scene of one of the bloodiest battles of the Independence War. The Maravillas Convent was also located here, which gave its name to this area. Manuela Malasaña Street is very popular for giving its name to the neighborhood. Also because it hosts some important establishments such as the Maravillas Theatre and the Casa Maravillas brewery.
If you are looking for a seasonal accommodation, it is a good choice.

Our house were extremely easy to communicate with, and they responded to any questions that we had. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious! The location is perfect as it’s on a side street right down from the cheesecake shop. Very easy to walk to. The metro was close by and was quite easy to take to and from the train would highly recommend renting this apartment.

We spent five nights in Madrid. The location was great. After a small glitch with the e-key, management brought us a physical one.We would stay here again!

Except for a problem with electronic keys, this place was wonderful. It is in a neat neighborhood near major attractions in the city and is near a few fun bistros and bars. The unit’s bathroom is amazing. We had a great time here.

You need internet to check into the apartment and unlock the doors.
