Summary:
This spacious upstairs Condo doesn't have any steps inside (downstairs condos available also). It is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the natural light, the comfy beds, and the fully stocked kitchen. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).
The Space:
This unique Condo is large enough to feel like a home with the historical charm but also with the modern amenities, full kitchen plus covered outdoor space!
Guest Access:
Guests have their own private and unique door code along with 1200 square feet of Condo space (two bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living room plus a covered outdoor porch or balcony!
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is very safe and is located downtown so you are able to walk to everything you need and alot of what a person would want while visiting our city! Only a few blocks to several businesses, Library, Post Office, Wilson Park, and over 50+ restaurants & shops etc.!
Getting Around:
There is on and off street parking included with your stay. You can walk to most everything you should need but some public transportation is available through NACOLG and other taxi services, if needed.
Interaction with Guests:
We try not to bother our guests during their stay unless necessary but provide more than one contact number if you should need anything!

The property was the cleanest of any VRBO I have ever rented. The stairs to the second floor were a little daunting for an 88 year old, but dual handrails made the difference. Chuck was very accommodating. Good job!

Washing machine was broken. Ceiling fan in living room had no chain to cut the fan off.
