Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the Wilson Park Fountain. Wander around the historic streets of the University of North Alabama while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee at this stunning duplex with a lifted patio overseeing a part of downtown Florence. We are a pet friendly VRBO and there is a $50 pet fee per animal(:
The space:
This space is a duplex with its own entrance and parking. You do not ever have to interact with other people. You do not share anything at all it is, its own space. This home is on the 2nd floor. If the duplex is rented out from underneath you will have neighbors at the bottom of you. Rest assure we only allow guests to stay here with good track record, (good reviews) I am a super host and have been for a long time now. I will always do my best to ensure my guests enjoy the most out of there stay.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire backyard. Fully fenced! With extra parking on the outside for large boats.

The place was nice and conveniently located. Accommodations were comfortable. There were a few minor repairs needed (one of which I personally purchased a specialized tool and took care of myself). There weren't enough towels and washcloths, so we purchased some.My main complaint is poor communication with the host. Nearly a month before our stay I requested a modification of our dates hoping to reduce our stay by one night and receive a refund of that one night. The host never responded even after multiple communication attempts to him personally through the site and through personal phone number. Even after reaching out to admin the host would not respond nor offer to refund the day I requested. Needless to say, I was disappointed that he was willing to take my money but not willing to refund an unused night. Caveat emptor!
