From the driveway, the double gates take you through the enclosed front yard, up the stairs to the deck and the main entrance. Once inside, the half-stairs are to your right, presenting the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking
- Provide a valid Government Photo ID
- No pets
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 1 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
*** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

- There may be personnel performing routine services outdoor for exterior maintenance during your stay. They will only be outside briefly and will not enter the property.
- The garage is not accessible to guests.
- No lifeguard on duty. Enjoy the water at your own risk.
- Travel Insurance: We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may require cancellation, interruption, or changes to your trip. Travel insurance may help cover non-refundable reservation costs depending on the policy selected.

The property is lovely, with a great view. The house worked well for three couples and a toddler and had everything we needed except a whisk.The beach access is a little tricky! Host was very responsive.

Fabulous property for a multigenerational trip of eight people. We all learned so much about the tides and the local wildlife. We saw a newborn baby harbor seal, herons, eagles, sea otters, and more. The kids loved the hot tub and running from waves splashing over deck at high tide. When the tide came in, it felt like we were on a ship looking off the deck. When the tide went out, we had a blast tide pooling (a bit tricky getting to the beach) with numerous sea stars, anemones, crabs, etc. It was a convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores in Coupeville or Oak harbor and whale watching from Anacortes. The house was stocked with anything you could need and plenty of room to spread out.

The floor plan worked well for group of 7. The location was nice and views were great. The heat wouldn’t work and the lights kept going out for 20 minutes at a time. Not just flickering, but out completely. The deck fire pit didn’t work either. We enjoyed our time but were disappointed in some of the missing amenities.
