Newly Remodeled Waterfront Whidbey Island, Hot Tub

Welcome to our vacation rental on Sunset Beach on Whidbey Island. Our Home has been completely remodeled with the vacation rental guest in mind, providing all the amenities you will need. As frequent vacation rental guests ourselves, we have gone to great lengths to create a home that's as welcoming and relaxing as possible. The home features high end finishes and luxurious but comfortable design throughout. Outside you'll experience one of the only no bank waterfront beaches on Whidbey Island.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. Everything you need will be provided for you. Just bring your clothes, swimsuit and food.

Watch the waves crash on the beach, walk along the entire beach at low tide. The resident eagles are frequent visitors, and whales splash by during their annual migration.

Access to the beach is easy with our own concrete stairwell down to the beach. Or for no-step access, you can visit one of the two parks just 1/4 mile in either direction - easy for a walk or a short drive. You can easily drive onto Whidbey Island to the home, and grocery shopping, wine tasting and hiking are all within a 10 minute drive.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking
- $300 Security Hold is Required, refundable given no damages 2 days after check-out
- Provide a valid Government Photo ID
- No pets
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 1 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
*** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

- There may be personnel performing routine services outdoor for exterior maintenance during your stay. They will only be outside and will not enter the property.
- No lifeguard on duty. Enjoy the water at your own risk.
