77 north of Joensuu, Pond Käränkälampi 70 m (length 2 km, width 1,5 km), common beach with shallow bottom 70 m along the path down to the beach, Wood semi-detached house 2005, kitchen-living room, small bedroom (with door, but no window) with double bed, bed room with 2 beds, sleeping gallery with double bed (width 120 cm) and 2 beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove) and terrace.
