Very spacious Lanai, just feet from the waters edge, turtle views every day, 2 A/C units kept us comfortable when with the Lanai open. 20 minutes to Kihei, 35 minutes to Kaanapali, 15 minutes to Kahului. The only caution i offer is a limited view of the sunrise amd no view of the sunset. We offset this by planning our evening meals in Kaanapali for the sunsets. Aquarium and shops nearby.

Nice place. Pros; location is central, AC, lots of beach supplies and nicely designedCons; managing company super responsive at first and at end but when issue arose could not get in touch with them through text, phone and had to email just to get issue addressed and even then was at least an hour later. Had rules about parking but was not communicated in any of materials sent out or in writing.

Property was excellent, high end appliances. Bathrooms updated-really nice. Views of the bay offered significant whale watching opportunities along with occasional sights of turtles. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location of this unit. It was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the harbor and relaxing on the spacious lanai. Our only complaint was the early morning noise. Workers started working at 7 am and it was very loud, as we left windows open to enjoy the cool evening breeze.
