Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

It was a comfortable place. Beds were comfortable. There was a plumbing issue when we got there but it was taken care of the next morning. We did a lot of cooking/baking and the fan and light over the stove don’t work. None of the front windows open but at least we could open the front door which has a screen for ventilation. All in all a decent place to stay and responsive support.

The home was fine. Just a couple things that were troublesome. First the weather delayed our trip and we lost about two days use of the home. Secondly, there was an odor in the home. After a day or so I figured it out. It ended up being that there was food left in the garbage disposal and had not been flushed clear with water. After I ran it and dropped some Dawn into it, the smell cleared up. The refrigerator when it runs has a loud rattle and my husband has to shut the bedroom door as it was loud enough to disturb his sleep. There was a spill on the carpet near the right side of the right hand bedroom from a previous renter. But all in all it did the job we needed it to do.
