In this beautiful oceanfront condo with wrap around balcony - your views are unsurpassed! The spacious floor plan will accommodate up to 12 maximum - for larger parties we do have another condo in the building available. The property features a full kitchen, laundry room, microwave, 4 TVS/ 1 DVD, Free Wi-Fi service available, central a/c and assigned parking for 2 spots a block away. Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 11. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Fantastic place to stay for your summer vacation in OC. Very roomy, has all the comforts of home, fully stocked kitchen and the location is to die for!!

The unit is huge! There is a living room, dining room and kitchen all in an open concept style. There is a front wrap around deck, and the master bedroom has a rear deck. The AC works great. The Washer/Dryer work. There are three bathrooms, two directly connected to a bedroom. The floors of the bedrooms are carpet and the floors in the living areas are laminate or tile and easy to clean and mop. The dishwasher worked great the the fridge has an ice and water dispenser.
The front deck overlooks the boardwalk and we "people watched" all week while sipping margaritas and had a clear view of the fireworks from the deck on the 4th of July. There is an elevator to the unit which worked great all the time and was perfect for my elderly parents. There was live music at a bar next door all day but they did stop by 11 pm. Easy walk to amusement parks at the end of the board walk. Easy loading area and 2 parking spaces less than a block away. The building has coded entry so no need for a key.
Highly recommend.

great location, kitchen, balconies, view. very good price for the week we were there. parking is less than a block away. I thought it would be inconvenient but it wasn't. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay on the Boardwalk. Secure building with passcode makes it easy for families because we didn’t need keys.
