What we offer is a beautiful stone house built in 1806, which underwent a complete renovation and visual transformation in 2020.
Surrounded by nature, this old stone house offers a unique, comfortable, and relaxing stay in the small village of Stankovci in central Dalmatia in Croatia. The house has its very own hidden garden, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a swimming pool surrounded by centuries-old walls. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who like to visit national parks, old towns or beaches, or who are just looking for some peace and quiet. The ground floor of the house is for rent, the upper floor is not for rent, but occasionally guests stay on the upper floor, too.
On the ground floor of this beautiful stone house is an accommodation unit of 91 m2.
It consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms, a living room, and a beautiful, covered terrace for outdoor dining.
The accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating, two air conditioners, two TVs, a large refrigerator and a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a moka pot, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board, an alarm system and a safe for personal objects.
Each room has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm with top quality bedding and mattress with four pillows, two of which are filled with feathers and two anti-allergic ones.
The guests have an indoor garden of 300 m2 at their disposal, as well as a large sun deck with six deck chairs, a barbecue, a solar shower, and an outdoor pool of 34 m2 filled with salt water.
Next to the sun deck there is a lawn rich in Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits.
The outdoor pool is open from mid-May to the end of October, depending on weather conditions.
The pool is intended exclusively for you, guests of the ground floor accommodation unit Boutique House Ika.
Free parking is provided on site for a maximum of 3 vehicles.
The micro-location of the building itself is very interesting, with the building surrounded by nature and having a rural charm, all the while being relatively close to the sea and city bustle.
Within 200 m from the building there are two grocery stores, restaurant and bar, as well as a pharmacy and a general medicine clinic.
The nearby beach is 11 km from the property, the most beautiful beaches of the island of Murter are 25 km from the property, the Vrana Lake Nature Park is 20 km, and Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and Fun Park Biograd are 28 km away.
Major cities in the vicinity are Šibenik (20 km), Vodice (17 km), Zadar Airport (40 km) and Split Airport (80 km).
The maximum number of guests is six.

We had a great time at this property. The pool and outdoor area was lovely for hanging out and the rooms and beds were all nice and comfortable. Great AC which was much needed for the middle of August. Josip was a wonderful host and made check-in/checkout very easy and he was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp and sent us great recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the area.
