This fantastic, single-story pool villa is exactly what you’d imagine a “dream vacation” to be! It was built in 2019 and meets the highest standards for quality, location, and amenities.

Six adults, two children, and up to two dogs can enjoy a wonderful stay here. The property is completely fenced in, offering a quiet and secluded setting surrounded by beautiful nature.

There is an open, bright living area with a kitchenette, dining table, and sofa area.
Three cozy double bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room provide plenty of space for everyone.

The villa also features three bathrooms with toilets and showers, as well as an additional guest restroom.

The beautifully designed outdoor area offers a special vacation experience, featuring several (covered) terraces and a grill, plenty of seating and lounging areas by the pool, and, of course, the pool itself with a separate hot tub. A private sauna with a relaxation area, a treadmill, a ping-pong table, and a dartboard are among the amenities.

The village of Radošinovci, where the villa is located, is not far from Lake Vrana. Lake Vrana is also a nature park featuring an ornithological reserve and a beautiful cycling route. The royal town of Biograd, as well as the magnificent beaches in the Zadar and Šibenik regions, will delight you (approx. 15-minute drive). For children, there is also a fun water park within a 20-km radius.

The heated outdoor pool with a hot tub is available from April through the end of October.
