Our lovely fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath Sunshine Suite Cottage 36! Freshly remodeled vacation rental cottages at Dora Canal Court in Tavares, Florida.
Enjoy being steps away from the famous Dora Canal and walking distance to downtown Tavares. Relax with some boating, fishing, seaplanes, sunshine and more! Lots of waterfront restaurants and always fun events going on around town. Located in Central Florida next to Mt Dora and about 45 min north of Orlando. Tavares is known as America’s Seaplane City.
Assigned parking per cottage with boat parking availability. Seawall for overnight boat docking also available. Private community fish cleaning station by canal. Private community laundromat and gathering areas.
We are a family owned and operated waterfront community with 13 residential mobile home lots mixed in with 8 vacation rental cottages.

My wife and I stayed at Cottage 36. It was perfect for the two of us, cozy with just enough room. We were there attending the Tavares Spring Thunder Vintage Regatta. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, although we did ask for two extra towels which were promptly provided. Great location, nice and quiet, the way we like it. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and need a quiet, comfortable place to stay, this is it!
