About this house rental
Welcome to our stunning stone cottage in the heart of the 1000 Islands, on the St. Lawrence River waterfront. Enjoy the most beautiful views and colorful sunrises & sunsets. Swimming, canoeing and fishing are right on our doorstep. We have a large outdoor area and firepits, seating, private beach, patio with gas BBQ, 110' x 8' boat dock and high-speed internet. 37 km of hiking/biking trails are just across the road. We are only 3 min from the historic downtown and restaurants, stores, cruise and casino.
This 6000 SF luxury house contains 3 suites, this is suite #1, it is on top floor, contains around 2500 square feet, has three comfortable bedrooms, sleeping 6-8 in total: one master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a walkout to the patio and its direct waterfront view, and two other bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed. Each bedroom has direct access to its own balcony. We have a full-sized kitchen, living room with sofas, a sofa-bed and a large TV and a large main patio with a BBQ, table and chairs.
To ensure the safety to our guests, there are surveillance cameras surround the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage!The place is nice and spacious with a beautiful view, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 to stay comfortably.Host Lance was very responsive and quick to help with any questions, and the property manager was excellent throughout our stay.Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, located in a truly stunning setting, and spending Christmas there made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely comfortable and at home.The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, ideal for a Christmas holiday.The owner was very friendly and always available if we had any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone. We would love to come back!

We had a lovely fall stay at this property! Lance was excellent with the communication and the property was stocked with all the amenities we needed. Quick access to both the 1000 Island region, hikes, the Ivy Restaurant, and Gananoque, this was a perfect halfway spot between Kingston and Ottawa for our family yo get away together. The outside area was picturesque with a perfect dock and beach area. Lots of swans, cormorants, and geese to watch on the lake while having your beverage of choice on the dock upstairs.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and both the host and the property managers were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay.That said, the property itself is quite old and would benefit from some updates and renovations. The listing description and photos didn’t accurately reflect the current condition, so it felt different from what we were expecting. A more accurate description would help set realistic expectations for future guests. Despite this, the cleanliness and excellent hospitality made our stay comfortable.
