Step inside this gorgeous property to find a king bed, a queen bed, and two single bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. You will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This condo is equipped with all full-size appliances you would have at home plus the added bonus of being walking distance to the wide private beaches of the Pointe West and its amazing beach club. We think our place will help you experience everything Galveston has to offer. So, pack your bags and get ready for an awesome getaway!
The homeowner provides Infinity Broadband for the guests use. They have placed Samsung Smart TV's in every bedroom and the living room. In the kids bunk room there is a Nintendo Console, Game Console Hookup and Arcade Box (19,000 Games). The Living room has an iPhone Speaker to play music. They have left their metal detector out for guests to use at the beach as well as access to their beach wagon. Each bedroom has a sound machine to sooth while sleeping. There is also a luggage rack to bring up your belongings. This home has it all!
The Pointe West Community is the best kept secret on Galveston Island. This location is an oasis of comfort and beauty. Located on the westernmost tip of Galveston, the community offers all the amenities for a great relaxing vacation. Only 50 miles from downtown Houston it can be reached easily via I45 or HWY 288. It is close enough to all the islands attractions if desired, but off the beaten track so you can get away from everything. Miles of pristine Gulf Coast beach is at your feet to enjoy.
Check in is after 4 PM and check out by 10:00 AM. If property is ready, you may check in early.
WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

We had a fantastic stay at Nomadica! It appears to be recently renovated with new finishes and furniture. Location is great with a view of the pond with fountain AND a good view of the beach. Walking distance to the Pointe West pool and the beach. We made most of our meals in the condo and any time I tried to find a particular pot/pan/utensil/etc I was able to find one there! There was rain one day we stayed, but the kids and I were able to keep ourselves entertained with the books and games that were available. We love staying at Pointe West because of the location and amenities, and this condo is one of the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nomadica. The condo was clean and close to the beach and pool. The beach was less crowded than others we have stayed at. We will be back!
