About this apartment rental
It is so nice to know someone will be waiting for you when we arrive in a foreign country. For this reason and for make your holiday very easy, confortable and safe that I included two transfers with a private driver in the price of the apartment.
One transfer from the airport of Rome (or train station of Rome) to the apartment and one transfer from the apartment to the airport of Rome (to train station of Rome) are included in the price. Transfer from the airport of Rome (or train station of Rome) to the apartment: the driver waits you at the airport (or train station) with a cartel with your name and picks up you and you arrive to the apartment in 30 minutes. Transfer from apartment to the airport of Rome (or to train station of Rome): when you leave the apartment the driver pick up you at the main door of the building and drives you to the airport of Rome (or to the train station of Rome).
The apartment is in the center of Rome just 100 meters from St. Peter's Basilica and a few meters from the home of Pope Francis (the “Saint Martha's House”), near the Pontifical North American College and some minutes walking from McDonald's. The apartment 80 m2, two large bedrooms, for 5 persons, living room with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, lift, bed linen, towels, internet Free Wi-Fi, view of the dome of St. Peter's from the windows, TV Satellite, heating, Daikin air conditioners, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, baby cot (crib) and child's highchair. The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift (elevator). The apartment is ideal if you come to Rome by car, because it is located on a street where you can park for free. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet wi-fi, gas, water, electricity, heating, baby cot (crib) and the child's highchair are included in the price of the apartment. You let me know if you want the baby cot (crib) and the child's highchair, so when you arrive you will find these things in the apartment. First bedroom: large bedroom (20 m2) with one double bed (extra large) and one single bed. Second bedroom: large bedroom (18 m2) with one double bed (extra large). In the living room there are a sofa, comfortable chairs upholstered in leather and table. All major tourist attractions (St. Peter, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Campo de' Fiori, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square etc.) are easily accessible on foot or by bus and metro. The area surrounding the apartment is served by many shops, bars, supermarkets, internet cafes, banks with ATM machine (with bankomat), wineries, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, ice cream shops and pharmacies.When you arrive I will welcome you in person and if you want, I will accompany you in the neighborhood and I will show you the supermarket, shops, restaurants, public transport stops etc. If you have questions before your arrival and during your stay you can write me: I’m happy to answer to you.There is near the apartment the office of Hertz (Hertz is the most important company of rental car without driver in the world). So if you want rent a car for visit the Italy during your stay, you can rent the car in the office of Herz near the apartment. Or if you decide to rent a car for visit the Italy during your stay and Rome is the last stop of your trip, you can decide to rent a car of Hertz and when you arrive in Rome you can leave your car in the office of of Herz near the apartment. The children until 10 years old don’t pay tax.
The payment of the tourist tax is CASH when you arrive to the apartment.
The check in from 10:00 to 22:00.
The check in starts at 10:00. From 10:00 to 13:00 there is the cleaning. If you arrive from 10:00 to 13:00 you can leave your luggage in the apartment.

We recently vacationed in Rome before moving on to a tour of the Amalfie Coast. When choosing our accommodation we really were looking for a true Italian local experience while still being able to easily tour the many sites that Rome has to offer. This apartment was just perfect. From the minute we booked, Emidio was so attentive and helpful. He had us picked up from the Rome airport in a private car and, when we arrived earlier than check-in, we were met by both he and his mom. She took our luggage while he gave us a tour of the immediate neighborhood pointing out the best restaurants, cafes and shopping. He also directed us to the nearby public transportation. The apartment itself is just adorable and transformed me to my childhood and my grandmother's quaint little apartment. It was bigger than it looks in the pictures,and was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable after a long day of site-seeing! Though it only has a washer my hubby and I got a kick out of hanging out clothes the old-fashioned way. The location is perfect and you are literally down the block from St. Peter's Square. The picture in the ad is the exact beautiful view we enjoyed. Most of the other popular sites were a short walk and transportation was nearby, though we took taxis when needed. I cannot say enough good things about Emidio and this apartment. We just loved everything and will certainly return if we are lucky enough to visit Italy again! When our stay was over Emidio made sure we were comfortably transported to the Termini train station on the way to more adventure. Thank you, Emidio, for sharing your home with us and providing an amazing experience!

What a beautiful apartment in Rome! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, artistically decorated and very comfortable. We loved the gorgeous marble floors. Emidio (the owner) was very helpful when we were inquiring about it and also very accommodating when we were there. He even helped to arrange for a taxi to the airport on our last day. The apartment is in a great location near the bus stops, easy walking to a large grocery store and right below are restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a quick walk to the Vatican grounds. Emidio showed us the bus stops and recommended that we get a pass for these which worked out very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Rome and highly recommend this special apartment!

From the moment we first made arrangements to stay in this wonderful apartment, Emidio was pleasant and helpful. He provided me with maps and information to reach his location, and was even nice enough to advise me on approximate taxi fares (as a Native New Yorker, I appreciated this tremendously). Upon reaching the apartment, Emidio met my family and I at the door, assisted us with our bags, and gave us a tour of the neighborhood, including local restaurants, banks and supermarkets. The apartment is very well kept, beautifully appointed, and contains everything a travelling family could need. The pictures do not begin to do it justice, and the apartment is even more spacious than it appears. The first night of our stay, on Emidio's recommendation, we dined at Osteria dei Pontefici, which is mere steps away from the apartment. The food was excellent and we were happy to have been pointed in the right direction. I would highly recommend this property to any and all visitors to Rome. It is centrally located and travel to all major attractions was easy and quick. I can honestly say without reservations that this apartment is an absolute bargain that includes top-notch hospitality from the owner, and my only regret is not having been able to extend my stay. I will be sure to remedy that with a longer Roman holiday the next time around. My sincerest thanks and commendation to Emidio for a five star stay!

From the moment we found the apartment on the website to our very last day the whole experience was superb. As previous reviews state, Emidio is a great guy who made the whole experience stress free. The apartment is beautiful and on arrival we met Emidio and his lovely Mum , both of who you could tell were very proud of the apartment and rightly so. It is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is amazing and you can see the dome of St Peters while making your morning coffee! Everything you could possibly need is included in the apartment. There is a little balcony off the larger bedroom which attracts the tea time sunshine. Emidio is very quick at replying to any emails you send him so do not hesitate to contact him with any queries you may have. He arranged transport to and from the airport for us and the drivers arrived on time and were very helpful with the cases etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to return one day. Thank you Emidio and Signora Minder for making our holiday even more special.
