families that love to ski, mountain bike or hike, as it is located directly at
the base of the ski area lifts. The unit offers ski-in/ski-out access at the
base of the Peach Tree and West Wall Lifts. The outdoor patio has outstanding
views of the peak of Mt. Crested Butte looming over the base area slopes;
perfect for soaking up the gorgeous alpenglow that appears many evenings
during the winter. The living room is equipped with a wood fireplace to warm
yourself after a chilly day on the mountain, as well a large flat screen to
enjoy your favorite sports or shows. Access to the outdoor hot tub and
community grill is only steps from the unit. The comfy queen bed will allow
for restful sleep after spending the day exploring the mountains. With an
additional Queen sofa bed, this unit can sleep up to 4 comfortably.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four (two children ages 4&5). We loved being able to walk out the living room and hit the slopes. It was a short (uphill) hike to ski school, but is a true ski in/ski out if you don't have kiddos to haul. The entry-way had plenty of space to store our skis and boots. We enjoyed being on the bottom floor, other than being able to hear the upstairs neighbors foot traffic. Unit included guest access to Netflix and Disney+ which is great if you have tired kids. Crested Butte is a wonderful mountain and if you plan on spending time on the slopes, this rental is perfect.

This property makes skiing Crested Butte a dream! Easy to ski home for lunch, warm up, and head back out. A hot tub to soothe tired muscles. Excellent all around.

NO hot water the first day at all!! NONE. Shared hot water with other units? And not sound proof... sounded like the people above were coming through the floor, kept waking us up, kind of awful. YES, great location. But really needs some improvements. Good place to hang skis on the wall, but besides the closet, no place to hang a bunch of wet coats and snow pants. Throw Blankets were visibly dirty, and there were long dark hairs in sheets. Lots of trash under bed and under pull out couch. Floor gets your socks black. Ski in ski out, but no way to lock the sliding glass door when you exit, so you have to walk around the building which is not easy with all the snow! - I would stay here again, just not the nicest place.
