The Pheasant Cottage is a detached house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with various relaxation areas. Located in southern Mayenne, it's just 10 minutes from Laval.
In addition to sharing gardening tips, the owner is passionate about interior design and offers decorative painting classes in the Eléonore style. The cottage showcases her talents! Come and be inspired! For leisure activities, cycle paths along former railway lines connect you to the Vélofrancette (a towpath renowned for its excellent facilities).
In the village, you can fish in the presbytery moat.
The Robert Tatin Museum, 3km away in Cossé-le-Vivien, is a must-see for all ages. This open-air and partially indoor exhibition space features monumental sculptures that are sure to impress. In Laval, there's a wide variety of activities: a bustling commercial center, a medieval castle housing the Museum of Naïve Art, whose iconic figure is Henri Rousseau, the Douanier Rousseau, a native of Laval. At Christmas, Laval is renowned for its illuminations, and cruises on the Mayenne River are available. The Laval marina offers electric boats, kayaks, and bicycles for rent.
Shops can be found in Huilé (3 km) or Cossé-le-Vivien (6 km). There's also a baguette vending machine near the church in Courbeveille.

First floor: four bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and ensuite shower room; 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and ensuite shower room; 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm); 1 bedroom with a single bed (90cm) and a sofa bed (120cm), a shower room, and a separate WC.
The garden offers various spaces, different plant arrangements, and a conservatory (a popular smoking area). Various garden furniture is provided. Charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment available: travel cot and high chair (please request them in advance).
