About this apartment rental
Stylish spacious 2 bedroom apt in Terazzas de Marbella, Cabopino.
Large terrace with stunning sea views over the 1st tee of Cabopino Golf and to the sea. The terrace has quality patio furniture, a coffee area and 2 sun loungers.
The sunny lounge is beautifully styled and has huge windows with view. Smart T.V. & WIFI.
The Master bedroom has patio doors onto the terrace and an en-suite shower room with shower. There is a W.C. and full family bathroom with shower also an American style kitchen.
The space
This is a very well furnished and fitted property in a well maintained gated urbanisation next to Cabopino Golf. It is very large for a 2 bed apartment and has a sofa bed separate from the lounge sofa for the use of guests. It is situated in the popular but not over developed area of Cabopino with its lovely marina and fantastic beach and has great sea views.
There is a shared swimming pool, which is usually open all year round.
There is one allocated parking space and also free street parking outside the urbanisation.
Guest access
You will have the use of the whole apartment. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for use of guests if required.
Other things to note
N.B Check In time is 16.00 - 21.00 .Late check in after 21.00 hour till 23.00 hours have a cost of 50€ payable on arrival
Due to the operational problems caused by very late check ins, arrival times of later than 23.00 at the property are not accepted, if your flight or other method of transportation is delayed we will accommodate you, but please note there would be a late check in charge of 100€.

Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality what one would say “A Perfect Stay!”We stayed at this beautiful villa in June 2025 and absolutely loved every moment of it. The villa is beautifully furnished, with a spacious and comfortable patio and living room that made relaxing easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need like pots, pans, utensils, and even a coffee maker and percolator.We had full access to the pool and two lounge chairs, which were perfect for soaking up the sun. Gated parking spot right out side the building entrance. But the real highlight? The view. No photo can truly capture how breathtaking it is, the Mediterranean Sea is right below you, and it’s simply stunning.Our host, Tish, was absolutely wonderful, very communicative, warm, and always willing to help. We had a small issue with the refrigerator, but she resolved it quickly and efficiently. Her attentiveness made our weeklong stay even more enjoyable.Thank you, Tish, for making our stay at this incredible villa so memorable. We hope to return real soon.
