Location. Size of apartment. Cleanliness. It was very clean. We had a lovely stay but a few issues.

Lots of lights not working.no out side balcony light. One shower unusable the other cold but we would go back to the apartment

Excellent location, spacious apartment, beautiful view from the living room and the balconies. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms makes it convenient and the beds are comfy. I liked the style of the decor, but you can see that the decoration and the furniture are few decades old, and a tad worn, though kept mostly nicely. We got a nice welcome bag of a wine and some sweets.

The fuse kept going out from our second morning, so using the toaster, the fridge (full of food for the 4 of us) and the kettle at the same time wasn't an option. Host first said that we are probably using too many appliances at once and that the limit is 10,5kw. I don't know how I was supposed to calculate if I can use the toaster, the fridge and the kitchen fan at the same time or not. They then only managed to organise for an electrician to come 6 days later, on our last day. (Yes, new year was in between, but I doubt that in an busy area like this, you can't get ahold of an electrician sooner for a little extra). Cutlery and other kitchen supplies were outdated and limited. Both wooden spoons broken, 2 of the 3 chopping boards broken and the 3rd an old and worn plastic one, no coffee maker of any kind, no potato peeler, none of the knifes were sharp, so they kept slipping (not just annoying, but dangerous). They also didn't provide dishwasher tablets, nor washing detergent. I asked the host for the above, but they just ignored any of my texts about these. They could have spent about €50 to provide a much better service (not just for us, but anyone coming after us), but they just didn't care. So instead of the welcome bag of bottle of wine and some sweets, they could have spent on that. When I rent an apartment, with a 'Kitchenware', I'm expecting the basics to make breakfast and cook full meals. Not looking for a Nespresso machine, a french press would have been good enough. I ended up buying a few things, like a knife, peeler, wooden spoons. The kitchen is a bit small. Also, the listing states: 'Upper floors accessible by elevator'. I doubt that there's a lift, at least nowhere near the apartment and we wandered around the apartment complex a bit. Listing says that there's a fire place, that is true.
