About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Baudinard-sur-Verdon. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 4 m), open from 1 May to 30 September (dates subject to change depending on weather conditions).
- A beautiful, unfenced garden of 1,800 m²
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Baudinard-sur-Verdon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Nearest railway station: Monosque station, about 1 hour’s drive away
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Swimming pool: Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; wood is not provided
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (only one pet will be accepted)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
