Welcome to Turquoise Tide! This gorgeous 3300 square foot brick home is custom built by a local Southern Living builder in the award winning and magazine featured Tannin Village neighborhood. Quaint Tannin features views of the Gulf of Mexico, Tannin Lakes, and the Gulf State Park. The low traffic brick streets of Tannin are just a quick stroll to the white sand beaches of the Gulf. The traffic signal/crosswalk at the neighborhood entrance makes getting to the private beach access easy! Simply push a button and traffic will stop for you to cross over to the beautiful Gulf. If the beach isn’t your thing, feel free to hang out at the Olympic sized Tannin Community Pool where everyone can enjoy a relaxing time away from the crowds at the condos! Guests will also enjoy exploring, walking, running, or biking in the serene village of Tannin and in the Gulf State Park. Tannin's neighborhood access connects you with over 20 miles of trails and beauty that the State Park has to offer! Enjoy a bike ride through the quaint neighborhood or State Park trails on one of the 8 (6 Adult, 2 Youth, 3 balance bikes, and 2 scooters) complimentary bicycles at Turquoise Tide.

The layout:
The front doors lead to a beautiful white open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. This floor plan is perfect for entertaining for your large gathering! The kitchen will have stainless appliances, open shelving, stone counters, designer pendants, and a fun turquoise island with 2 counter stools!
The foyer mudroom houses the bicycles and accessories, as well as a great mud-bench perfect for kicking off your flip flops and hanging your favorite sun hat! You might also notice the designer turquoise chandelier hanging above your head!
The spacious open living room features beautiful decor with comfortable seating, custom drapes, a 50' Smart TV, and a large console with a variety of family games, books, DVDs, puzzles, and more for your entertainment!
The open dining room feature a custom painted table & chairs that will seat 8-10, designer chandelier, and custom drapes.
Also, on the 1st floor there is a quaint half bath and full sized laundry with a full sized washer, dryer, and 2 laundry baskets of beach/pool towels for your use.
Lastly, the Master is located on the first floor. You will enjoy the king sized bed with a high quality mattress, luxury bedding, a custom painted antique dresser, 43' smart tv, and large master bath. The Master bath includes a claw foot tub, walk-in separate shower, his/her sinks & spacious walk-in closet.
Upstairs in the hall/landing area, you will see great built-in bunk beds. Upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queens) where ALL of the bedrooms are equipped with a 43” Smart TV. All bedrooms will include high quality mattresses, luxury bedding, and custom painted antique dressers!
There is one Jack and Jill bathroom located between two bedrooms with 2 wooden built in changing benches. There is another full bath connected to the upstairs king bedroom. This bath also has hall access.
