Just two blocks from the ocean in South Jacksonville Beach, Blue Breeze is a bright, three-story home designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying coastal life. The Space
First Floor – Two comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a bunk featuring two doubles and a trundle) share a full bath.
Second Floor – The heart of the home: an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, and seating for everyone. A half bath and balcony make this the perfect floor for gathering and entertaining.
Third Floor – The master suite offers a king bed, a private balcony for morning coffee, a large en-suite with a glass shower, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. Another bedroom with a queen bed and its private bath is just down the hall.

The house is a great set-up. It has a nice, serviceable kitchen and open living space, nice bedrooms and a great fenced in yard for a little stress-free running around. It's in a great location, nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. We try to stay here every time we come through the area.

The Blue Breeze house was perfect for our family vacation with grown kids. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out but convene together in the main living area with plenty of seating around the table and counter. The location is ideal for easy walkable beach access, walking to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The outdoor shower was convenient and we enjoyed sitting in the garden area. The Blue Breeze made our vacation a breeze!

Located only three short block from the beach, this property had all the amenities we could want for six family members with occasional friends and other family members stopping by. Great location with lots of grocery stores and a Target nearby.

We stayed here for 3 months while looking for a house in the area. Really nice house, looks exactly as the photos. Area very quiet but really close to the beach. We were very sad to leave!
