It comprises a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, a lounge with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom (shower and sink), and a separate toilet.
Shared entrance with the tenant on the upper level.
Right of way on the side of the house to access the beach.
