A very comfortable apartment and a great location. Good for swimming and watching the sailing boats. In the early mornings and evening, the beach is used to exercise horses. A 15 min walk to the centre of town.The host was very helpful and friendly.We hope to return soon!

Although the weather wasn't so good, we had a wonderful time in Eric and Laurence's holiday flat. The equipment of the lovingly furnished flat is perfect, its location directly on the beach with a view to the west is unbeatable.

A lovely stay in Jullouville - Aug 18th - 25th 2018 We were made very welcome by Laurence and Eric after a long drive from Durham U.K. This is a great 2 bed apartment with everything we needed for our weeks holiday, very well equipped, spacious, clean and tidy. No parking problems at all as there is a large secure car park under the building with plenty of room to manoeuvre and park up our estate car. The apartment is on the 2nd floor so a bit of a carry with luggage but the superb views from the dining area and balcony make it worth while. Also look out for the Horse 'trotters' training on the beach every morning. The centre of Jullouville is around a 15min stroll with a supermarket and plenty of other amenities, there is also a twice weekly market. Lots of places to visit in the area including nearby Granville and Mont St Michelle. Highly recommended.

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé. La literie est confortable. L'appartement est directement en bord de mer avec une très belle vue mer. Le plus est d'avoir une place de parking couverte. Le propriétaire est sympathique et a pris la peine de nous appeler le jour de notre arrivée pour savoir si tout allait bien et nous donner des idées d'excursions et sites à voir dans la région.

Logement bien situé, bien équipé et bien agencé. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Il se passe toujours quelque chose sur cette plage: activités nautiques, jeux de plage, pêche à pied, entraînement équestre... Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un beau temps ensoleillé qui a contredit la réputation de la Normandie! Ballades sur place, visites des villes alentours, ballades en bateau..... Vivement l'année prochaine!

Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk und bietet einen traumhaften Blick, unwahrscheinlich schöne Sonnenuntergänge und das trubelige Treiben am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist super, wer gerne kocht, findet hier alles, um sich auszutoben, Mixer, Sparschäler, Salatschleuder, alles vorhanden. Wer lieber essen geht, findet einige Restaurants im Ortskern (ca. 10 min zu Fuß). Unser Urlaub war in der Vorsaison und wir waren oft komplett allein im Haus, allerdings tagsüber auch gern mal mit Handwerkern, die die Wohnungen für die Saison vorbereitet haben. Wir waren allerdings viel unterwegs, deshalb hat es uns kaum gestört. Jullouville ist eine super Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge, kleine Wanderungen und jegliche Art von Strandaktivitäten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Merci Eric & Laurance!

Agreable appartement, idéalement situé , dans un coin calme de la digue sud, mais suffisamment proche du centre pour faire les courses à pied. Beau parquet façon voilier, chaises confortables, jolie vaisselle anglaise...Literie très correcte. Notre seul petit bémol serait le très grand nombre d'objets utilitaires ou décoratifs qui laissent somme toute peu de place, dans le séjour, à ceux des locataires et risquent de prendre la poussière.

Séjour très agréable, rien ne manquait la vue mer,le soleil, la plage, le va et viens de cheveaux, la pêche à pieds. Appartement très bien équipé même mieux qu'à la maison. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La balade matinale pour aller à la boulangerie est très sympathique. Tres bons conseils du poissonier qui se trouve au marché couvert. Belle balade sur le sentier des douaniers à Carolles Merci pour la petite attention lors de notre arrivée. Adresse à conseiller.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Jullouville malgré le temps parfois un peu maussade . Appartement idéalement situé en bord de mer et à 1/4 d'heure à pied des commerces ce qui me faisait un peu d'exercice pour aller chez le boulanger chaque matin .

Wir schließen uns allen vorherigen, positiven Bewertungen gerne an. Wir haben es genossen, alles vom Balkon beobachten zu können: unsere Kinder in den Wellen, die faszinierende Natur mit dem extrem hohen Tidenhub und den Sonnenuntergängen, Segelschulschiffe und Muschelsammler. Man läuft 15min in den Ort. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen und noch mehr Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, die besser mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Auf dem Garagenstellplatz war sogar zusätzlich Platz für unsere Fahrräder. Wir kommen wieder! - Nous reviendrons! - We will be back!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern geeignet. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben Bettwäsche und Handtücher beim Vermieter ausgeliehen (35 €). Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell. Die Kinder konnten alleine zum bewachten Badestrand. Der Ferienort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Restaurants und diverse andere Geschäfte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei geklappt.
