About this villa rental
Relax with family or friends at this beautiful and peaceful place to stay. In the detached, private villa you can enjoy lounging on the open roof terrace or ground floor covered veranda. From there it is a few steps to the swimming pool and sun loungers set in pretty, well looked after gardens.
You have stunning 240 degree views down the valley, out to the sea and back round to the Sierra Bermeja mountain, with Gibraltar and Morocco prominent landmarks which are visible to the west.
It's a perfect place to rest and do nothing or to use as a base to explore.
The space
The 4- bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, or a total of 8 with kids under 12, in 2 king, 1 double and 2 single beds. The beds are comfortable and the linens good quality. 3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, mean you never have to queue!
The master bedroom faces the sea and opens on to the terrace which has a sofa and armchair on it. It’s particularly good on a clear night as the sky is full of stars. If you are lucky you might catch a shooting star. Or just sit and watch the sun go down and the boats lit up as they cross the wide seascape in front of you.
The ground floor is open plan. The kitchen is well equipped for stay at home dining. The living area is comfortable, with worldwide TV, and a 8 seat dining table.
The veranda has a larger dining table plus a comfort seating area with coffee table to chill out at. It's a perfect spot to relax out of the direct sun. A Weber real charcoal BBQ is off to one side of the veranda.
The well tended gardens have flowers, cacti, trees and palms to give you a comfortable green oasis.
This and the pool and loungers give all you need for an amazing holiday.
A car is recommended unless your plan is to mostly relax by the pool with the odd evening out in Estepona town.

Seamless process from start to finish, Alex was always on hand and helpful when required. The only comments to be made which should be noted, is that the neighbour has a dog that seems quite lively most mornings and there is some ongoing works next door which was noticeable on a couple of occasions, but either way it did not spoil the time spent, fantastic location, views and a lovely villa all round. Thank you Alex

After a cancelation of another property last minute, I managed to find this fantastic place.
The whole booking process and the contact with the owner was easy and quick. He was very supportive from the first minute and helped me out. The owner was always reachable, very supportive and super friendly. He was always with touch via WhatsApp.
Such a nice location, amazing property , with a great and super clean territory. The view is fantastic!
All the TV‘s are working well and 2 of them are smart TV‘s. The clima system is great and is available in each room. Furthermore, it‘s very good that the villa has an alarm system , so the property and area is very safe. The neighborhood is great, silent and friendly!
The beach is around the corner. Not even 5 min by car or 15 min by foot. There are several huge supermarkets.
The pool is not very big, but very comfortable.
2 times a week a gardener came and a pool man. Everything was kept proper!
We will definitely come back!!!!! Thanks for this outstanding vacation .

Lovely well equipped villa with beautiful views, quiet location and excellent responsive host. We would definitely return. The property is close to Estepona but a car would be needed. Thanks to Alex for helping sort a few teething problems out quickly and effectively.

This was our second stay in this lovely home and it was even better than the first time. Newly redecorated, with new bathrooms. The location is lovely, very peacful, with the sound of birds singing frequently the loudest thing. 180 degree views towards the coast. The home itself was perfect for our family. We pretty much lived outside on the veranda, in the pool and garden and on the terrace in the evenings. Self catering was easy in the well equipped kitchen, with a fridge/freezer in the kitchen and another in the utility room so we always had cold drinks. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to help make our holiday perfect.
