The apartment is located in a brand new residence (fine work May 2017) can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and is a complete home of everything, furnished in a modern, air conditioned and soundproofed style and equipped with all the necessary linens.
The apartment is in a very quiet location, with almost no traffic in the city, free parking and is always available in front of the main entrance of the residence, the location is very easy to reach even on foot Beach east of Balestrate which is about mt. 300 - 400, while the beach on the west side can be reached by car as well as by a convenient shuttle train, which offers a panoramic day and night panorama. You can comfortably reach the various village venues and the main avenue which every Evening sings and dresses at party.

- a modern kitchen / living room and balcony overlooking the tree-lined avenue of the residence, complete with air conditioning, fridge, oven, microwave, HD TV, sofa bed.
- a full bath with bidet, shower and hairdryer.
