Are you looking to chase those picturesque sunsets that the Outer Banks is known for? Book your next vacation at "Fish & Ships," where you and your family will have a front row seat to the witness sunburst skies into the calm of night. This home is quietly situated in Kitty Hawk Landing, an unbuildable peninsula, which is home to some of our local bird species such as the Osprey, Gull, Egret, Heron, and even a rare Bald Eagle. "Fish & Ships" features a spacious layout, giving your family space to relax or gather for meals. You will have access to a private boat dock, as well as a ping pong table in the garage, and cornhole game for outside entertainment. The yard is fenced in so the whole family can have a stress free time while outdoors, including your dogs!
If you are feeling adventurous, try catching your own dinner right out of the back yard! The water teems with shrimp and blue crab, and one will heat the frequent splash as mullet leap into the air. The variety of sport fish in the canals is sure to please any fishing enthusiast. You and your family will enjoy community amenities such as a boat ramp and picnic area.

This home is located in a very peaceful part of Kitty Hawk. It is a unique floorplan, offering several different areas to spread out. The home is quiet, clean, nicely equipped and only a short drive to restaurants. Sunsets were just amazing!

We had an amazing time and loved the house. We have been visiting the Outer Banks for over 25 years and this house was one of our absolute favorites. The view from the back deck was one of the best parts!
