Located just 225 feet from the ocean, this beautiful and luxury semi-oceanfront home offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has easy access to the beach. Whether you want to spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the waves, or strolling along the shore, this home is the perfect base for all of your seaside adventures. It's close to all Kitty Hawk has to offer! Including day trips around the Outer Banks, shopping and dining! This is a place you will return to year after year!
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this spacious home can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults (Including the futon), making it perfect for a multi-family vacation. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature comfortable bedding.
Life is Still good has an amazing range of upgrades and amenities that will make your stay perfect. Enjoy the hot tub and private in-ground pool with family and friends. The backyard area is perfect for lounging and the pool is perfect for a quick afternoon dip on a hot summer days. Unique to the area, this beach house has a spacious recreation room with a pool table and flat screen tv. This is the perfect space for the kids, or the adults who want to act like kids :)
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a delicious home cooked meal during your stay. The spacious open concept living room is perfect for relaxing and spending time with loved ones, and is open to the kitchen and dining room. This area is ideal for multiple families or large groups. Just off this main living space is one of three oversized outdoor decks, which is the ideal spot to take in the stunning ocean views while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Walk up to the 3rd level deck an enjoy endless views of the Atlantic Ocean :)

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee, beach chairs, and serviced pool and brand new hot tub.
Note: We do not supply beach towels. However, there are a few companies on OBX that rent towels for the week, we're happy to help arrange that for you if you'd like.

- Bunk room,1 bunk bed + a twin bed & Smart TV - This room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the King Bedroom
3rd floor:
- King Bedroom with full bathroom. Smart TV.
- Great room with 65" Smart TV
- Open floor plan fully stocked kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar
Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel. (We don't supply beach towels)
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Life Is Still Good is family-owned and loved! Located in a private residential community with a preserved area surrounded by natural seashores and flourishing with native wildlife!
Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm.
Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

The house is beautiful with nice views of the ocean. Plenty of space for large families. The house is very clean and comfortable. We rented in the winter so we did not get to use the pool but it looks very nice and is well equipped with everything you need. Close to beach accesses and tons of stores and places to eat. Communication was fantastic and made logistics very easy. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Great location and layout of house, nice pool and hot tub, comfy indoor and outdoor furniture, well decorated, very responsive host. The house did feel like it needed a good cleaning and some general repairs, which we alerted the owner to after our stay; he indicated he would take care of everything. He and his maintenance man were very responsible when we had a stuck window that would not close while we were there.

Our stay at "Life is Still Good", was amazing! Nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed, great views from the many decks, and easy access to shops and restaurants. Scott was a phenomenal host for this property & if you're planning a family vacay, I highly recommend "Life is Still Good"!
