About this apartment rental
Le Brévent 1 is a luxurious and spacious top floor apartment that boasts fabulous views over the town towards the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and Les Drus. Situated in an ideal location, close to Le Brevent lift station and a short walk downhill to the centre of town, you’ll be close to all the town's amenities. The stylish yet comfortable interior makes this apartment a perfect mountain retreat.

BEDROOMS
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 : Double bed, with ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC
Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed with access to separate shower room with WC
Living area : Sofa bed
OUR OPINION
This is a smart contemporary apartment with a quality finish. The living area is particularly spacious for a 2 bedroom property and there is plenty of storage space. Added to this, the proximity to the Planpraz Brevent lift makes it an ideal choice for both skiing and hiking holidays. We hope you will be as delighted with it as we are.
For larger groups we have another 2 bedroom apartment, Brevent 2, and a 3 bedroom apartment, Brevent 3, located in neighbouring buildings.

It is a wonderful experience to stay at this apartment, we are extremely happy for staying eight days at this apartment, excellent communication with Mountain Base staff to manage check in/out processes. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and fabulous mountain view on every window of the apartment. Please see the attached picture took from the balcony at dusk. Do want to mention that the apartment is located at near the end of long incline slope of the road so travel light is a good advise.

This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location. We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chamonix. The location was great -- just a short walk to the center of Chamonix. The apartment had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We spent our days rock climbing and also did some sightseeing, and the apartment was a great place to come back to each night.
