In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 25 km from the sea, 25 km from the beach, directly by the river. Sleeping alcove with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

We stayed here for a week. The apartment is cute, clean, cosy, and surely big enough for two persons. The place has a nice garden and is very neat. The location is good as well: the beach, big cities such as Caen and other things are about a 30 minute drive away.
