About this villa rental
Villa Mare is a beautiful 3 bedroom, two and a half beachfront villa located in February Point's gated community.
The community offers two tennis courts, a Beach club with an inifinity pool and a spa.
Villa Mare is equipped with a refrigerator,microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining area seating for six. There are also 3 countertop stools. A separate laundry room contains a stackable washer/dryer and utility sink.
There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds with oceanviews and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds.
This Villa was recently renovated in November 2019 and we are always working to provide you with a breathtaking experience.

We love visiting Exuma! February Point was better than perfect! Quiet, low key gated community and everyone had a smile The communication with property manager was great, in which she replied quickly to all messages. Also, having a community pool right next to the property felt like a private pool most evenings and a great spot to cool off after spending the day at the beach. We will definitely be making a visit back to this property in the future.

The house is beautiful and located in a gated community. It was perfect for our family of six adults. Gorgeous views from all over the house! There is a neighborhood pool right next-door, but very few people use it due to the fact that many in the neighborhood have their own pool or use the one at the clubhouse.This was a concern to us initially. (there is a large hedge that blocks the people using the pool from staring right at us) We got to know several of the other neighbors that were renting. We spent a lot of time in the water directly in front of the house. There are several Floaties left there to use. The only negatives that we found, the water pressure is very low, and there is no garbage disposal. I’m sure the water pressure is due to being on an island. I would definitely recommend this rental property.

The house is a little outdated but clean and functional. Having the pool right next to us was also a plus. The beach is nice but somewhat rocky, suggest bringing water shoes. The view is very pretty. Overall, location to Georgetown was what we liked most about the house.
