Come enjoy our freshly remodeled piece of paradise located on the Hillside at the Hideaways resort, central to everything in Great Exuma. A stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa complete with dining room, living room with 60" Smart TV powered by Starlink Internet, full kitchen with brand new full size appliances, full size washer and dryer and a MUST in the Bahamas - all brand new AC units in all rooms to keep you cool after a long, hot day on our gorgeous beaches. Brand new King beds in both bedrooms with comfy and cozy pottery barn linens. Living Room has Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space as well.
Enjoy our gorgeous Polywood dining set on the front deck with views of the harbor. Quick 3 minute walk to Splash restaurant and the beach at Hideaways and a 5 minute walk to the stunning Jolly Hall beach. Full use of the hideaways amenities for up to 4 adults and all children under the age of 12 including a gorgeously remodeled pool, kayaks, paddle boards, exercise room and a shuttle in to town.
We've stocked the kitchen with everything you are accustomed to at home. Hexclad cookware, Cuisinart coffee maker with both K-cup and carafe options, air fryer, 4 slot Cuisinart toaster, knife block, blender and all the dishes and cooking utensils you could wish for.
We've remodeled both bathrooms to include one full stand up tiled shower with tiled bench, marble vanity sink and 2nd bathroom with newly tiled shower, new fixtures and updated hardware.
We are enthusiastic about helping our guests plan their vacations from start to finish!

We had a fantastic 5 nights and 6 day stay here and couldn’t be happier.Tricia is a thoughtful, kind, patient and very responsive host. She was so helpful with all the questions I had and had prepared us well with information that covered check in, restaurant list, tour companies, car rental and water taxi, and extra Exuma tips we don’t even think to ask. What can I say except, this 2 br 2 bath condo was the ideal place for my family of 4; and the location was perfect, being across the road from Hideaways! Plus the location is central and very close to Fish Fry, other hotels, Exuma Market, Areas to catch the Water Taxi, close to gorgeous beaches and equidistance to Coco Plum Beach and Tropic of Cancer. The place itself was super clean, with two very comfortable king size beds, and a great washer and dryer. It honestly had everything we needed including bath and beach towels, water float toys, fully stocked kitchen pots/pans/utensils, spices; and access to all of Hideaways amenities.We can’t wait to return to Exuma and will happily stay at this great VBRO again!Thank you Tricia for such a wonderful experience!

This was our third visit to Exuma We've stayed far north and further south - this was our first stay at Hideaways and the location did not disappoint. We loved being more central at this location. The condo was very clean. Charlene accompanied us from the airport to get us settled in and showed us how to work the tv, wifi, etc. There is a set of stairs that you have to walk up to get to the condo. Also, there is another unit above this unit. We did have some noise from the people above us, but it was mostly in the evenings/night. The a/c in this unit is fabulous and humidity level was low - which we loved! We are all hot sleepers & love to sleep in a cool, non-humid environment. There are plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The condo was very comfortable for my family of 3. We had plenty of room to eat meals, sit in the living room or hang out on the patio. Condo is a short walk across the street to the main hub of Hideaways. Unfortunately, Splash restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay, but this also allowed us to venture out and try other places. We only ate at Splash one time during out last day and it was very good. Service was great. Augusta Bay restaurant is close and definitely is recommended! We ate there 2x. Fantastic service and delicious food. The beach in front of the Hideaways is nice for exploring/little rocky - we took kayaks out daily and looked for sea life - and saw it daily!!! Jolly Hall Beach - short walk and fantastic beach! Would stay again!

We truly loved this 2 bedroom unit. Tricia had all the amenities you would want. We only used the one bed but the mattress was very comfortable. The place was very clean and the location was perfect! We were across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach (Jolly Hall). Would definitely go back to her place the next time.
