Outside, enjoy a brand-new 400 sq. ft. patio (added for the 2024 season), complete with a patio table, umbrella, chairs, and picnic table—ideal for soaking up the sun or dining al fresco. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house on Cape Cod. The home is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated — everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was there. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was.One small suggestion for the owner: it would be great to replace the bedroom and bathroom doorknobs — they make a loud noise at night when someone gets up. Also, installing a flexible shower hose in the main bathroom and in the outdoor shower would make things even more convenient.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and I would gladly return. Thank you for a great experience!

Best vacation ever, perfect spot for our first 3 generation vacation. Property was very clean, and area was quiet and short walk to beach. Backyard patio and outside shower were a definite plus. Will definitely book this property for next year.
