As soon as you open the front door, you'll immediately feel those lake vibes with our fun & contemporary decor - sit down, relax and get ready for a some great days on the lake!
Take in the view of Lake Norman with the large lakeside deck with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Head down to your private dock, grab one of our provided SUP or paddleboards and get out on the lake in a quiet, large cove - ideal for swimming or kayaking without having to worry about heavy boat traffic! At nights, enjoy the hot tub or making S'mores by gathering around the lakeside firepit - initial starter set of firewood provided!
Located in an ideal location, our waterfront home combines contemporary decor with modern amenities - Sonos speakers, flat screen TVs, game room and much more!. Peaceful mornings, fun-filled afternoons, and many memorable evenings await you at this unique experience all while being 10 minutes away from a variety of restaurants, breweries entertainment and shopping!

This house is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I loved that everything was organized and labeled. The pots and pans were good quality. There is an ice maker with plenty of ice. They had every appliance you could think of and a fun welcome gift with smores and other foods. There is a lot of storage throughout the house. The kayaks and paddleboards are very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub, corn hole game, and fire pit. They really thought of everything!

As a Type A personality, I absolutely loved this location for our girls’ trip. From check-in to check-out communication with property owner was fantastic. The house was impeccable in cleanliness and location. Would be fantastic for families with older children as they have a game room and in-law apartment style first floor- perfect for teens. Kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to prepare and serve food. Loved the attention to detail with labels on everything! The owners also provided starter k-cups, tea sampler, sweetners, single serve creams, a bottle of vino, movie snacks and s’mores fixings which I truly appreciated. (It’s the little things that make it special) The outdoor space was perfect and doc extremely comfortable for lounging and participating in water activities. The cove was quiet and house very close to restaurants and stores. Through the many years of having our annual girls trip in Vrbo homes- I honestly give this one a 10 out if 10.
