Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including entertainment areas, except for the locked owner closet and Detached Garage.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
⚠️Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.
Access to the Home
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.
Smoking
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages caused during their stay.
Internet Usage
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed and disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
Hot Tub Rules
Children must be supervised at all times.
The Hot Tub may be closed during certain weather conditions.
No glass or food, in or near the hot tub
No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Keep Hot Tub cover secured after use.
⚠️ Our pool technician services the hot tub weekly every Monday to ensure they remain clean, safe, and ready for guest use. Will access the area without approval!
Lawncare:
⚠️We have a dedicated lawncare team that will be at the property Bi-Weekly on monday, so if this falls during your stay they may be at the property without prior notice.

Great house and location. The cove is very quiet but just a short boat ride to a low traffic area perfect for boating with kids. The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect layout for our group. We really enjoyed the seating area by the dock, the paddle boards and kayaks provided and the proximity to the marina and lakeside restaurants.

Beautiful and well maintined property. Great, quiet location. Host was responsive. Only note is there is one full bathroom on each floor, so if you're using multiple bedrooms, you will need to share with other guests.

The house is amazing! Very, very clean and organized! Wonderful dock and easy to get in and out. Quiet cove area with great lake access. Super close to restaurants on the lake as well! Highly recommend this house!
