About this house rental
Incredible Golf Course Community with many walking and biking trails, tennis court and play ground for the kids. Enjoy a beautiful, quiet, natural setting and casual living in this impressive custom-built home.
Our home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large open layout that is perfect for a large family or for entertaining. As you enter you will love the spacious feel of the high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light overlooking the beautiful views of pool and tropical landscape. The open layout includes a Dining room, Living room and an open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The bedrooms are split between the main living area to provide privacy for all. The Primary King bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large shower, double vanity and dual walk-in closets. It also features sliding door access onto the pool patio. On the other side of the living room, you will find the 2nd Queen bedroom with direct access onto the pool patio. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds. The Outdoor living space is perfect for fully enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The Heated Spa spills into the heated pool and is surrounded by a spacious Lanai with a beautiful outdoor kitchen/grilling area. The pool patio enclosure allows you to enjoy the Florida lifestyle in its fullest.
*Baby fence for the pool at property, will put up at request.
*Garage use is NOT included with this rental. We do have a large driveway where you are able to park up to 4 cars. NO on grass parking and NO parking of any type of watercraft, motorhome, trailers or recreational vehicle on the premises.
*Ring Camera at the front door and pool heater.
* Beach Essentials included beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, fishing pole and towels as well as a sand sifter to hunt for beach treasures and shark teeth!

For a family vacation, we stayed for a week. The house is beautiful, and the amenities provided were very nice. We especially appreciated the baby fence around the pool, the outside drink fridge, the electric grill outside and all the kitchen appliances, the beach chairs and other beach items, comfy beds, the many beach/pool towels, furnished lanai, and water cooler. The hot tub was relaxing! The pool was smaller than expected, and we weren’t aware of the pack n play and high chair on site, so rented so those elsewhere. Overall, a perfect family vacation home! Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely incredible vacation for us. The pool area was incredible. The house was spotless and equipped with everything you need. The privacy in the back was definitely one of the perks. Tatyana responded quickly to any questions. Easily my best rental experience, would recommend to anyone!!!

Spent a week with my family. The house was beautiful and clean. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and spending time on the lanai! Had the all the amenities we could need for a great stay
