About this house rental
Family-friendly Cretan vacation home "Haus Rodia" with a romantic panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. The kilometer-long sandy beach at Komos is just a short walk away, as are the two villages of Pitsidia and Kalamaki with their numerous taverns.
The vacation home features its own rooftop terrace, private outdoor areas in the garden, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen, and a landscaped courtyard (Greek: “avli”), which is shared with a second small vacation home (max. 2 people). It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing, dining, and socializing, for pondering the meaning of life and letting your mind wander amidst the surrounding olive groves.
On the Xypotares property, in addition to the Rodia house, there is also the smaller Asvos house. If needed (e.g., for a larger group), you can also inquire about renting both houses together from us.

The stay at the accommodation was okay. What was a shame was that some things didn't work out as agreed. It's a cute little house with a nice terrace that you share with neighbors. Despite the few problems, we were helped.
