Emma on the Roc is beautifully constructed but the maintenance & up keep of property is poor. We had many issues such as no outdoor chair covers- we had to use just the foam cushions for the pool chairs, inside handle on one of the bathrooms was missing - got stuck in bathroom the first time, coffee machine didn’t work, issue with air conditioning not working (service person came & fixed), rugs need desperate cleaning, pool umbrellas used to be white but now are brown/ugly, ice machine broken…
