My home is close (within a few minutes) to Washington Park, Restaurants and Dining, White Oaks Mall, Memorial & St. John's Hospital, State Fairgrounds, historic downtown and Abraham Lincoln Museum/Library, Tomb, Law Offices and Old State Capitol . You’ll love my home because of the neighborhood, the Loom & Leaf organic memory foam beds (superior to Tempurpedic), the fully equipped and stocked gourmet kitchen with modern high end appliances, the coziness, three levels for privacy including home entertainment system on lower level. My home is good for couples, business travelers, and families including children.

This is my personal vacation home and is optimally furnished and equipped for the entire family, bring your clothes and toothbrush, everything else is provided beyond your food and beverages! The Loom and Leaf mattresses fare far superior to Tempurpedic and other cheap uncomfortable mattresses most others and hotels use. They cost up to 1,000% more than the cheap mattresses so most do not pay the extra cost. Two sets of modern new washers and dryers plus fully equipped kitchen to cook gourmet meals.

The neighborhood:
Super high quality homes and neighbors, very safe, lots of trees, very quiet neighborhood with lots of places to ride bikes and walk. 3 - 10 minutes to most all places I listed in Springfield IL for things to do, Lincoln attractions, historic downtown, dining, mall, etc.

Getting around:
Uber and Left are quite active in Springfield and provide excellent quick service I have personally used them. The SPI airport has flights from Dallas or Chicago via American Airlines. The STL airport in St Louis is a major international airport with non stop flights from most major cities and is only a 1.5 hour drive. I often fly into STL and rent a car there. SPI airport has rental cars also.

Other things to note:
I have extra beds in basement bedroom they are fold away foam mattresses, this foam mattress is far more comfortable compared to air mattresses and has its own support frame so you are not sleeping on floor. I have also now purchased two additional (three total) fold away foam mattress twin size beds so 12 can sleep comfortably in Home. The master is a king size bed, three bedrooms have queen size beds. A twin size bed has been added to basement.
