With convenient access to I-72 and I-55, you're just moments away from all that Springfield has to offer.

"Hideaways" for Family Fun: We've designed unique "hideaways" that let kids (and kids at heart) play hide and seek in a whole new way. These "secret" tunnels are interwoven through the rooms, going under staircases, and are adorned with motion-activated LED lights for an extra touch of adventure.

Games Galore: From pool table, ping pong, and foosball to a wide selection of games and puzzles, you'll find plenty to keep everyone engaged.

Family-Friendly Neighborhood: Our house is situated in a welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood on a peaceful cul de sac. No back yard neighbors mean privacy, and an adjacent empty lot offers even more seclusion.

Seasonal Fishing: Enjoy a bit of angling in the two nearby neighborhood ponds, perfect for seasonal fishing.

Comfortable Living Spaces:

5 Bedrooms: Our home features 5 bedrooms, including a master suite on the main floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, and 1 bedroom and 1 bath in the basement. There's room for everyone to relax and unwind.

Versatile Garage: The 4-car garage doubles as a recreational space with a pool table and more. If you're traveling for a car show and need to park your car in the garage, we're happy to accommodate your request with advance notice.

Open Layout: The main floor boasts an open layout with an eat-in kitchen. For larger gatherings, we provide a card table and folding chairs, ensuring everyone has a seat at the table. There is also a half bath and laundry room off the kitchen as you head out to the garage/ rec area.

Coffee Lovers' Paradise: Start your day right with our fully stocked coffee bar, featuring a top-of-the-line Bunn coffee maker, Keurig for both regular and iced coffee, a French press, and an electric water heater for tea enthusiasts.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home and property, which boasts a beautiful private back yard featuring large patio with seating area, outdoor dining, hot tub, & more.

Other things to note:
The beautiful back yard with mature trees & lavish amenities has extra privacy because there are no neighbors behind the house.

In the spirit of providing full disclosure, we want to share that there are train tracks located behind our property. Rest assured that the trains that pass by are infrequent, and their noise level is typically minimal, ensuring that they won't disrupt the tranquility of your visit. These tracks are rarely used, and when they are, it is by slow-moving cargo trains (NOT Amtrak, so not the super fast and noisy kind). In fact, we have found the occasional sight and sound of passing train to be a unique and delightful part of the experience here.
