From solar heated pool to eco-friendly materials, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to minimize the ecological footprint and provide a comfortable, green sanctuary.
You will enter this home through the front door and entryway, and will immediately step into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area—all with gorgeous porcelain tile that looks like hardwood, and views from nearly every spot.
Living Room: The living room has a modern design and offers contemporary leather furnishings, a 75” Smart TV with cable, cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of views and natural light,
Kitchen: The chef' kitchen is open, light and bright and fully equipped offering stainless appliances, including a gas stovetop and double convection ovens, stone counters and all the equipment and utensils you'll need for those delightful meals. Have a cup of coffee or a snack at the kitchen bar with seating for two.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, built-in dresser, walk-in closet, 65" Smart TV with cable; the private bathroom offers double stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a large separate glass and tile shower.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with double sinks, stone counters, and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3—Queen size bed, Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom.

All new landscaping and resort-style amenities! There is a lovely front entry courtyard featuring a soothing water feature, bench seating, and expansive views. The backyard is a true oasis offering a salt water pool and hot tub, soothing pool fountain features, a putting green, and a large, covered outdoor lounge with comfortable seating, gas fireplace and smart TV! In addition, there are lounge chairs, high-top table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel 36" natural gas BBQ, mini-fridge and ice chest, and stunning red rock views. You may not want to leave the house!
Pool depth at the shallow end is 3.5' and 6' in the deep end. Pool dimensions are 34' long 16' wide and over sized 8'x 8' jacuzzi
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival and heating via solar is complimentary. Pool cannot be heated October 15- April 15. Complimentary heating begins April 15th but heat is NOT guaranteed to reach a specific temperature as outdoor weather/temperatures will determine the pool temperature. Please also note, the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time.

The iPad for the hot tub/pool is not easy to use as the instructions make it seem. The connection got lost a lot and would not heat. When it would work it was great! There is another bedroom that I did not realize when picking the house. Making that information would have been nice. When we arrived we were worried someone else would be staying with us. Which is not the case and they answered our questions great! Just wish it was more clear about the extra bedroom.

This property was amazing. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking equipment, and supplies. Beds were comfortable. WiFi worked very well. Pictures are very accurate and the outside space was fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the pool/hot tub, using the BBQ and the sitting area with the TV. Information provided to check in and check out was very good. Loved all the information on the area and the Red Rocks Pass. Would highly recommend this property and would rent again if visit Sedona again. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

Great location! House is nice especially outdoor pool area. Many little things in house that either don’t work (TV remotes with dead battery) or intermittently don’t work. Horrible iPad like device to control hot tub and pool mostly DON’T work. Lights out outdoor at 10pm for Sedona but homeowner has sign up to turn off the INSIDE lights at 10pm so not to disturb neighbors. Stupid! Why not install blinds? So guests are supposed to just go to bed at 10pm? Our stay 4/13-4/19. House says no pool heating until 4/15. We asked if pool could be heated for our stay but our request was denied until 4/15. Again, ridiculous
