Location, views, backyard, close to downtown
Outdoor furniture (couch)- lack of cushions,
Bathtub/shower drain problems (owner is aware of it).
Limited amount of silverware.

The location, the immaculately clean house, and close access to town. The kitchen was well-equipped - we cooked most meals there.
Two important lights did not work - the front porch, and the laundry room lights.
There is no true cable in the house. The only tv service available is through streaming options that the guest has personal subscriptions to. No network broadcasts (or NFL playoff games) at all. While cable tv is listed on the amenities in the online listing, the guest information book explains that there is no regular cable service.
The HVAC system is very loud in the second bedroom; the machinery is right outside the main wall of that bedroom.

Our host Lauren was very responsive to our questions and promptly replied to all inquiries to our satisfaction. The property was in excellent condition and we enjoyed our stay very much.
