3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury detached private villa in the quiet area of Los Mojones in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote . Casa Lucie is new to the rental market from July 2019 having undergone a renovation to a modern high standard , Lovely terrace area with own private heated pool , very private and not overlooked in a fabulous location . BBQ ,Air conditioning , Wifi and TV with English channels within the property. Villa has been furnished as a home from home has everything you could possibly need .

The property was in overall good condition with plenty of equipment to make the stay home from home. We enjoyed the location, space, privacy and BBQ (which I used a couple of times).There were a few minor points if I was being particular and considering it is a luxury detached Private Villa with Heated Pool. 1. Pool was not heated during our stay, we assumed this is heated in the winter. Not an issue but may be worth checking with the owner before you book off season?2. Remote control for the TV did not work so we had to buy some batteries and we were not able to get UK TV channels. Could access some sports through DAZN and in Spanish (again not an issue and more an observation).3. The clocks in the property did not work (we tried batteries and the clock on the terrace was broken.4. There was no oven gloves in the property and the pans were well used.5. Aircon was on a timer and switched off every 2 hours which was frustrating the first few nights until there was a fix.We had an issue with the aircon the first three days in all bedrooms as this was on a timer that could not be overridden by the remote control settings. Eventually the property owner (Julie) called her engineer and got instructions to remove the timer (Turn the unit on and off repeatedly 14 times and the orange light disappeared).The rest of the stay was very pleasant and we had a clean and bedding/towel change half way through the 10 day stay.Would recommend this property.

Great villa in a great location. Peaceful, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for bars and shopping. Clean, great pool comfortable and great outdoor patio area. Contacting the host Julie was easy, and she replied quickly.

Lovely well equipped villa with great outside space for relaxing by the pool. Nice to be able to have BBQs in February and finish the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace followed by an hours TV which had a great selection of English stations. Close by the villa you will find lots to do including great restaurants. We hired a car and spent a bit a time in nearby Puerto Calero which is a lovely port as well. We highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa in convenient spot to get to shops and bars being 10 min walk. Julie is great with communication. Would recommend this villa, very comfortable and will book again.
