About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a secure and very quiet luxury residence 200 meters from a marina and 800 meters from the beach. Covering an area of 52 m2, it has two closed bedrooms and a mezzanine with convertible sofa. The 20 m2 terrace is on the first and last floor, facing south, with views of Albères and Canigou, sheltered from prevailing winds (very important in the region to take full advantage of it). Reversible air conditioning, shutters, electric blinds, wi-fi ... ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available inside the residence. Close to Collioures, Spain and the Pyrenees, you can take advantage of your holidays to discover the region. For athletes, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash ...) is about 500 meters from the residence. There is also a very beautiful golf course in St-Cyp and several equestrian centers.

This was our third time to stay in this area and the apartment was perfectly positioned for us. It was beautifully presented with a great south facing terrace and had everything we needed for a great holiday.
It was convenient to shops, beach and airport (Perpignon) and a great centre for exploring sights elsewhere.
The only negative we had was that the pool was being renovated during our 2 week stay and was not available for use. This was outside the control of the apartment owner who did all that he could to advise us of alternatives.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone.
