About this house rental
T2 sunny and bright, well furnished and decorated, 55m2 in house divided into 2 dwellings (entrances and independent gardens). This includes:
On the ground floor :
- 34m2 living room, lounge area with fireplace, 2 leather sofas, 2 flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-FI radio system; dining area with small sea view, 2 flat screen TV (dining area and lounge area)
- 7m2 kitchen with access to the garden, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove + oven, extractor hood, espresso machine, microwave, large fridge and freezer compartment, etc.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with balcony, 140 slatted bed base, duvet, s. adjoining water (shower, sink, wc) accessible from the bedroom (sliding door).
- Small L-shaped garden enclosed by walls and flowers (oleanders, hydrangeas, etc.) with wrought iron garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, expo south and west.
- Easy parking in front of the house
- Beaches at 450m, Shops (U express, bakery, bar-tobacco-press) at 1km, train station and old port at 1.3km
- Away from the major axes: calm!
Arrival times: from 3 p.m.
Departure times: 11 a.m.
Household linen (sheet, duvet cover, hand towels) not supplied with the exception of a tablecloth, 2 tea towels and 2 bath mats
A deposit check of 300 euros (not cashed) is requested on arrival and returned by post 7 days after departure.

Catherine is a truly great host. She was very attentive to my needs; she met me at the train and came over when I was cold and forgot how to turn on the heat! I came on my own and left my husband to his spring planting in our garden. The house was very cute with everything I needed to cook and to rest. The weather was "impresive" in this mid-May with fierce winds and sudden showers. But it didn't affect my appreciation of the beauty and wild feeling of the beach that's just a short walk and has fabulous sunsets. Catherine, her house, and the location had everything I needed!
