Location, location, location! Quick 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to Marco Golf and Oyster Society restaurant. Everything you need is there just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Pool was wonderful, neighborhood was wonderful. This was our third spring break in Marco having previously stayed in condos, it was lovely to have our own house and pool area. Highly highly highly recommend. We will be back.

House is an easy walk to restaurants , stores and beach. Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood. The pool and spa, general outside area is a plus, we basically lived out there when we weren’t at the beach. I would definitely rent this again, owner was very nice.

The villa is lovely- very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The new pool and jacuzzi outside is especially good
The location is a few minutes walk to the beach and to various restaurants.
A supermarket is an easy drive.
I have no reservations in recommending the holiday rental. We had a great holiday
