Thanks to this, and to other landscape constraints that have prevented other buildings, here it has been created as a small village, with the streets closed, which end all in the various villas and typical Mediterranean houses. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and silence of the countryside, but enjoy the benefits of the sea! The air you breathe is a mix of sea scent, and Mediterranean scrub, myrtle plants, capers, wild rosemary, and ... lavender, and the thyme, scattered almost to the sea shore.

The MAISON BLUE, as we wanted to call it, given its "talk about the sea", is the result of a massive restructuring, whose works have just been completed.
The Maison Blue is a house on the ground floor, very nice, well cared for and with fine finishes, fresh, comfortable from 5 to 7 beds!
The sea, in this corner of paradise is LIKE A NATURAL POOL LOW, even though we are in the part of the rocky coast! (See ad photos).
The nearest sandy beach is just 900 meters away. and it is both lido equipped and free beach, is a bay of sand set among the rocks, which we call "spiaggetta" to distinguish it from the long coastline of white Caribbean beaches that start instead at the distance of km. 3,8 and stretch for several km, interspersed with a fresh and lush pine forest.

An outdoor area in front equipped with built-in barbecue marble table and chairs is designed for the conviviality between family and friends.
It consists of a living room-kitchen with sea view also from the inside, where along the entire length of a wall are prepared two single beds as a sofa.
From the kitchen area, equipped with dishwasher and large fridge, there is access to a rear area where there are two outdoor showers and a marble sink.
In the sleeping area, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while a second bathroom has been created on the mezzanine floor, exploiting the excessive height of the hallway.
In the hallway of the sleeping area, in a built-in closet, the washing machine is enclosed.
On the left of the external spiral staircase in the picture, there is attached a studio (a studio) with sea view also from the inside, consisting of a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, air conditioning, TV 40 ", fridge, outdoor space in front.
All bathrooms have a window.
In each room there is air conditioning.
A frame of colorful flowers, in stylized marble planters, and a corner of the garden, soften the whole.
