clean and great house to host golf group.

Black Butte Ranch (BBR) is a great location for hiking, skiing, golfing, bicycling, and just enjoying the outdoors. Easy groceries in Sisters about 10min from the entrance, daytrips to McKenzie or Bend within an hour. This house is nestled deeply in the back of BBR - it takes about 10 min to get to the house from the entrance. The house is very spacious and would be great for two families each with multiple kids around the same age. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked including things like spices and trash bags and foil which is nice to not have to buy. The laundry machines appear very new and did a great job. The hot tub was kept warm and was a welcome ending to our day. The commmunication with the host was excellent! The house was very clean, though I wish the deck had been swept before our arrival - we ended up spending some time doing that ourselves. Also I hadn’t appreciated that the house backed up to the street, though going back to the photos I can see it - that was a disappointment for us. While there was not a ton of road traffic, there were a reasonable number of cyclists and walkers who felt like they were in the backyard.

A beautiful home - absolutely spotless, well cared for and easy communication! The best supplied kitchen (including spices) if you like to cook! Would just note that a check in at the welcome center is required to access the property- not a big deal but not clear in the VRBO instructions I received. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.
